Carr Properties Named Industry Leader in Automation at 2020 Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation “Digie” Awards

Carr Properties is pleased to announce that Realcomm | IBcon has awarded the company with the “Best Use of Automation” accolade at its 2020 Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation “Digie” Awards. The award acknowledges companies who “have applied an extraordinary level of automation, technology and innovation to their business processes.” While the Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation “Digie” Awards have been presented since 1999 to outstanding companies that positively impact the industry, the 2020 awards also recognized the companies “leading charge on COVID-19 strategic and transformational technologies, creating a more efficient, effective and adaptive industry, and shaping the future of smart buildings.”

Carr Properties was also named a finalist in the Most Intelligent Building Project category for its innovative response to COVID-19 at The Hub. This is largely due to the efforts of Chief Technology Officer, Ilan Zachar, who was also named a finalist for the Julie Devine Digital Impact Award, which acknowledges the vision, determination, and commitment of the industry’s tech leaders.
