Ryan Quick, Vice President of Operations, oversees Property Management of Carr Properties’ Boston portfolio and supports the company’s expansion into third-party management. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Ryan spent a decade at Cushman & Wakefield before joining Carr Properties in 2022, where he led property management operations for the Boston, MA, and Stamford, CT markets as Managing Director. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lynchburg College and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), showcasing his commitment to excellence in property management.
