Senior Vice President, Operations
Linda Cogburn, Senior Vice President of Operations, oversees Property Management of Carr Properties’ owned and third-party portfolio. Linda has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Prior to joining Carr Properties, Linda served as Senior Director of Property Management at Penzance, Vice President of Property Management at Monday Properties, Managing Director at Equity Office Properties Trust, and General Manager with CarrAmerica Realty Corporation. Linda received her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management with honors from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She holds her LEED-GA, RPA, and CAPS credentials.
