Senior Vice President, Development
Jason Bockenek, Senior Vice President of Development, brings more than 20 years of experience to Carr Properties. In his role, Jason oversees underwriting, zoning, and legal matters and manages project delivery and leasing efforts. Since joining the company in 2011, Jason has participated in the development of urban, mixed-use projects totaling approximately 4.2 million square feet. During his time at Carr, Jason has worked on three multi-family projects currently at different development stages which total more than 1000 units. Prior to joining Carr Properties, Jason managed the development of office and hospital projects located in Washington, DC, and San Francisco. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
