Senior Vice President, Asset Management
David Roehrenbeck serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management to oversee Carr Properties’ office and multi-family assets. David develops and executes the business plan for all properties in his portfolio and coordinates activities among multiple divisions within the company, including Leasing, Operations, Capital Markets, Development, Construction Management, Accounting, and Lease Administration. Prior to joining Carr Properties in 2018, David served as Vice President of Asset Management for MRP Realty’s office portfolio in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Philadelphia. David earned his Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
