July 19, 2018Owned and operated by Carr Properties, 1615 L Street, NW, a 420,000 RSF Class A office building in Washington D.C.’s central business district, is undergoing significant building renovations with an anticipated Fall 2018 delivery. The first phase of the renovations, now complete, includes a world-class fitness center equipped with amenities such as instructor-led classes; on-demand workout programs; and a state-of-the-art conference center with high tech capabilities. The second phase of the renovations will include a new reception area, an interactive lobby, tech lounge, contemporary work pods, touchdown terraces, and an amenitized rooftop.
Renowned Michelin Star Chef Nicholas Stefanelli will be joining 1615 L Street, NW with an innovative concept in the first-floor retail with a café/market theme as well as operations of the interior lobby coffee bar. This follows the announcement of the new Mediterranean concept Stefanelli will be bringing to Midtown Center – the most recent development project completed within the Carr portfolio.
